Nadia Farahani

I am a health and wellbeing coach with a focus on flower therapies, the spiritual significance of flowers and traditional and contemporary uses of flowers for healing and wellness.

I am a qualified teacher and facilitator of yoga, ayurveda and other indigenous traditional systems of medicine, fertility awareness and menstrual education. I hold a BAC in ‘Language and Culture Mediation’ with a focus on the Indian subcontinent and women’s empowerment.

I am the co-founder of two international projects, Lunaria Institute on women’s health and well-being at all stages of life, and Chrysalis on ancient and mythological archetypes and their relevance in today’s world.

I am Italian-Iranian, have lived in Europe, in Asia and in the International township of Auroville.
